COMPANY HISTORY

Waveform, Inc., was established and incorporated in 1994 to assist companies in meeting Federal and State laboratory accreditation. In 1998, Waveform began offering services for testing and consulting in the pharmaceutical, cosmetic and food sanitation, inspection, validation and testing areas.

Ms. Leazer, President of Waveform, has been with the company since 2007.  Her knowledge of quality control and testing in a manufacturing and production environment fits perfectly into our philosophy of urgency in testing services for our customers.

Dr. Edwards has a long history of preparing the regulated industry for cGMP and food safety audits. He has directed the introduction and training of cGMP quality programs to pharmaceutical companies and provided turn-key programs for manufacturers. He also conducts third party vendor audits for manufacturers.

Our production oriented staff are here for you. We attempt to set our schedule by you - our customer. Therefore, most chemical and microbiological testing is completed within 2 to 3 days from sample receipt. All results can be faxed or e-mailed with the final hard copy of the report coming to you in the mail.
