We started our business in 1994 and we are growing strong.
No! We conduct no in vivo testing but do offer in vitro ocular and dermal irritation testing.
How long does it take to get results from the testing?
Generally 2 to 3 days for most tests. Some take a little longer and some a little shorter. We work as fast as the test method will allow.
How are you able to offer tests at such a low price?
We don't have the corporate overhead that many laboratories have. That savings is passed on to you in the way of lower testing costs. We accept Checks, Money Orders and Cashiers Checks as Payment Methods. We also accept Major Credit Cards.
When was the last time your firm was audited by FDA?
Waveform, Inc., was audited by FDA's Atlanta Regional Office in 2002. Copies of the audit/inspection report are available upon request.
How do we get our samples to you for testing?
Most samples are shipped via overnight or ground service; however, we do offer pick up services in select areas. Samples may also be hand delivered to our laboratories.
Can you help us with compliance issues?
Yes, we have the capability to help set up quality programs, audit programs, and even manage them at arm's length. Please contact us for more information.
